Voicemails for Clinicians

When a clinician misses a call to their DIRECT line, the client is presented with four options:

  1. Get the link to the Client Portal texted to them.
  2. Leave VM for the clinician.
  3. Talk to the Support Team,
  4. Transfer to another provider.

If they decide to leave a VM, the VM will be available to the clinician in CTM's call log, and the clinician will receive an email with the call details.
