Overcomers will cover 50% of the employee’s premium. The employee is responsible for 100% of the premium cost of their spouse/dependents. This insurance is deducted pre-tax.
When you go through the application process on SimplyInsured’s portal, you’ll be provided the premium rates for each plan and for each family member. Your (and/or family member's) responsibility for the premium will be deducted from your paycheck. The insurance is deducted pre-tax.

Open enrollment with Humana takes place in October each year. However, many Qualifying Life Events (QLE) can make an employee eligible to enroll in benefits at any time. For example, transiting from part-time to full-time is a QLE.
Benefits are managed through Paylocity-Bswift. Once eligible, you can manage your benefits, such as adding or removing dependents, waiving or enrolling in coverages, all within Bswift. Learn more: Bswift.
An employee's coverage will cease effective immediately on their last day of employment, whether due to resignation or termination.
