Ownership and Usage:
- Overcomers Counseling and its partners, including Vocal Video, own all rights to the video submissions and the personal information included within them.
- By submitting a video, you grant Overcomers Counseling and Vocal Video permission to use, reproduce, edit, modify, and publish your submission for marketing and promotional purposes.
- You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting admin@overcomewithus.com. Upon your request, we will stop using your video content.
Content and Discretion:
- All video submissions must align with Overcomers Counseling's marketing direction and brand voice.
- Overcomers Counseling reserves the sole right to determine whether a video submission is used, edited, or published.
- Submission of a video does not guarantee that it will be used on any of our platforms.
