Vacation Pay Policy

Full-time and part-time staff members can benefit from our Vacation PTO policy!  Hours accumulated rollover to the following year.

Eligibility

  • Full time or Part Time W2 employees

Vacation Pay for Counselors

1st Year

  • Rate = 1/50 or 0.02 (e.g. for every 50 hours worked, 1 hour of vacation pay is earned)
  • Max withdraw in a calendar year = 80 hours

2nd & 3rd Year

  • Rate = 1/30 or 0.03 (e.g. for every 30 hours worked, 1 hour of vacation pay is earned)
  • Max withdraw in a calendar year = 80 hours

4th & 5th Year

  • Rate = 1/25 or 0.04 (e.g. for every 25 hours worked, 1 hour of vacation pay is earned)
  • Max withdraw in a calendar year = 90 hours

6th Year +

  • Rate = 1/20 or 0.05 (e.g. for every 20 hours worked, 1 hour of vacation pay is earned)
  • Max withdraw in a calendar year = 100 hours

Vacation Pay for the Support Team

  • Full-time Employed agents received 160 hours (i.e., 20 days) of PTO every year.  
  • Unused hours/days roll over to the following year.  
  • A max of 240 hours (i.e., 30 days) can be utilized in a calendar year.
