Let's make the (new) annual toy drive a smashing success and turn holiday cheer into a well-oiled machine of generosity. Together, we'll collect and deliver joy—one toy at a time—to the Kiwanis Club. Let’s make magic happen!
This SOP applies to all Overcomers Counseling locations participating in the toy drive and giving throughout the year.
HR Manager
All Staff
During the last week of October, the HR Manager will deliver designated donation boxes to each of the following Overcomers Counseling locations:
Upon delivery of the boxes, the HR Manager will notify all staff members that the boxes are available for collection.
Staff at each location will collectively work to fill the donation boxes. A friendly competition will be held between locations to encourage maximum participation and toy collection.
During the first week of December, at the conclusion of the Toy Drive, the HR Manager will pick up all filled donation boxes from each location.
The HR Manager will deliver the collected toys to the Kiwanis Club's designated representative.
In an effort to make a greater impact on the communities in which we serve. We can donate to 988 Colorado! The QR code will be posted at all Overcomers Counseling locations for staff and clients who choose to participate in the act of paying it forward.

This SOP will be reviewed and updated by Human Resources as necessary, particularly in response to changes in public health guidelines, organizational needs, or regulatory requirements. The review will occur annually.
