Candidates can receive clinical supervision at Overcomers. Review the three options below and choose the one that aligns with your caseload goals.

Option 1: 100+ Clinical Hours Per Month

Eligibility Requirement

  • Complete 100+ clinical hours across two pay periods (1st and 15th) within the same month.

What You Receive

  • Up to 4 hours of supervision at no cost that month
  • Earn an additional hour with group supervision (see below)

Important Notes

  • Additional supervision beyond 4 hours = $40 per session (see Option 3).
  • Each month is evaluated independently.
  • No banking unused supervision hours for future months.

If You Expect to Hit 100+ Hours

  1. You may postpone supervision payment until month-end.
  2. Once 100+ hours is confirmed, email/chat Garrett Luttman.
  3. Fees will be removed.

Grace Period for Newly Hired Candidates

Newly hired candidates may receive a 2-month grace period while building their caseload.

Requirement:

  • You must be full-time and reach 100+ hours in your third month to waive supervision fees from the first two months.

If You Do Not Reach 100+ Hours in Month 3:

  • Supervision fees from the first two months will be charged retroactively.
  • Payment must be made in the Client Portal.

Examples:

  • Start date 1/6 → Must hit 100+ hours in March to waive January & February fees.
  • Start date 1/15 → Must hit 100+ hours in March to waive January & February fees.
  • Start date 1/26 → Must hit 100+ hours in April to waive January, February & March fees.

Option 2: 2-Year Contract

If you do not plan to meet 100+ hours monthly, you may choose this option.

What You Receive

  • Up to 4 hours of supervision per month at no cost.
  • Earn an additional hour with group supervision.

Requirement

  • Sign a contract agreeing to remain employed with Overcomers for 2 years after receiving your professional license.

If You Resign Early

  • Total supervision received will be deducted from future paycheck(s).

If Terminated for Policy Violations

  • Total supervision received will be deducted from final paycheck(s).

Process

  • Once contract is signed, supervision fees are written off in the Client Portal.
  • Email or message Garrett Luttman to request the contract.

Option 3: Pay-Per-Session

Applies to:

  • Part-time counselors (less than 100 hours/month)
  • Counselors without a 2-year contract

Rates

  • $40/hour – Individual supervision
  • $20/hour – Group supervision

Group Supervision Requirements

  • Group supervision requires a 2-hour block
  • Group supervision equates to 2-hours accured at half the cost ($20/hr)
  • Individual and Group sessions cannot be performed on the same week
  • Consult with your supervisor to see if this is an option

Client Portal & Payment

Access

  • An invitation will be sent to your Overcomers email.
  • The portal mirrors a client experience.

In the Portal You Can:

  • View supervision sessions
  • Cancel or reschedule
  • Make payments

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at time of service.
  • Balances 30+ days overdue may result in Admin contacting you to deduct accrued PTO hours to resolve the balance.
