Supervision Benefit

Exciting news for our valued employees! Starting 8/1/23, we are thrilled to announce that any employee receiving licensure supervision from an OC Supervisor will now have the opportunity to provide this service completely free of charge. This fantastic benefit will help our employees reach their professional goals and ensure they have the necessary support to excel in their careers. Option 1: 100 Clinical Hours

If the supervisee completes 100+ hours (see Paylocity) in a given month, they'll receive up to 4 hours of supervision for licensure at no cost that month.

  • Any additional supervision sessions (above the 4th session) will be charged the $40/session (see Option 3 below).  
  • Every month will be evaluated independently of each other—there will be no ‘banking’ free supervision sessions for the following month(s).
  • If the supervisees anticipate completing 100+ hours in a month, they can postpone paying their supervision fee until the end of the month. Once confirmed that 100+ hours has been reached, email Garrett Luttman, and he’ll remove the fees.

Grace Period for Newly Hired Candidates

🤩 [Starting 1/1/25] Newly hired Overcomers' Candidates qualify for a grace period on supervision fees for the first two months while building a caseload if they are full-time by the 3rd month (see examples below).   If supervisees don’t hit 100+ hours in the third month, you’ll be retroactively charged for supervision from the first two months.  At this time, you'll need to log into the Client Portal and pay for the balance.  

For example:

  • If the supervisee's hire date (the first day you see a client) is on 1/6, then the month of March, you'll need to hit 100+ hours to waive all supervision fees that occurred in January and February.  
  • If the supervisee's hire date (the first day you see a client) is on 1/15, then the month of March, you'll need to hit 100+ hours to waive all supervision fees that occurred in January and February.  
  • If the supervisee's hire date (the first day you see a client) is on 1/26, then the month of April, you'll need to hit 100+ hours to waive all supervision fees that occurred in January, February, and March.  

Option 2: 2yr Contract Extension

If a supervisee is not interested or capable of meeting the requirements of Option 1, supervisees can choose this option, which will offer them free supervision (max 4 hours a month) if a contract is signed stating that the supervisee will continue their employment with Overcomers for 2 years after the effective date of their Professional License.  

  • If the supervisee voluntarily resigns before their two years are up, the total supervision received during their employment with Overcomers will be deducted from their future paycheck(s).  
  • If the supervisee is terminated by Overcomers due to employee handbook/policy violations before their 2 years are up, then the total sum of supervision received during employment with Overcomers will be deducted from their last paycheck(s).
  • The supervision session fees will be written off in the Client Portal if/when this contract is signed.

Option 3: $40/hr Fee

Part-time Counselors (less than 100 hours a month) and those without a 2-year extension contract will be charged a $40/hr fee ($20 Fee for 30 mins), payable in the Client Portal.  

Supervisees access to the Client Portal

An email invitation to the Client Portal, mirroring a client’s experience, will be sent to the supervisee's Overcomers email address.  Once logged in, the supervisee can view all their supervision sessions and cancel or reschedule as necessary. Payment for these sessions will also be made directly within the portal.  Payment for your supervision session is payable at the time of service.

If an outstanding balance is 30+ days old, Admin will contact you about deducting accrued PTO hours to offset the balance.

Group Supervision: $20/hr Fee

If a supervisee's supervisor creates a Group Supervision event where multiple supervisees join the meeting, the supervisee is billed $20/hr. Most Group Supervision sessions are scheduled for 2 hours.
