Starting in 2025, quarterly evaluations will happen automatically within Paylocity. The final version of the quarterly evaluation will be provided to the supervisor and supervisee.
We are stepping up our game when it comes to these candidate evaluations. This is partly because of the potential of taking on interns. Like annual pay reviews, the candidate-quarterly reviews will be handled and stored in the employee record in Paylocity. They will be easily monitored, and the supervisor, reviewer, and admin will track growth.
The great thing about these reviews is that they collect the "Reviewers" and the candidate's feedback. So, on the candidate's 90th, 180th, 270th, etc, day of employment, they'll be notified to complete the Candidate Quarterly Eval (same questions as the Psychotherapy Self-Eval form in TN). Once they complete it, you'll be asked to complete the form about their performance and experience. This all happens automatically.
The form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. While the rating fields (scored 1-4) are mandatory, there are optional sections for you to provide comments if you'd like to share additional feedback. Your responses, once reviewed by the admin team, will be shared with the candidates to help them identify areas for improvement and grow.
