Show Your Appreciation

Do you want to show appreciation to a colleague at Overcomers for their hard work, support, or positive impact on the team or a client?  Any staff member can show their gratitude to anyone. The Recognition Badges (see below) are assigned to the employee’s record and visible by Admin and can plan a part in Annual Reviews, raises, bonuses, reward bucks, etc.  Learn more about how to Redeem Reward Bucks here.
