Register Providers on Medicaid's Portal

1. Register Providers after they become INN with Medicaid - CO here:  https://colorado-hcp-portal.coxix.gainwelltechnologies.com/hcp/provider/Home/tabid/135/Default.aspx
2. Click Register Now
   

1. Select the 'Provider' registration type
2. Enter the NPI and the location zip code.  This information can be found in the Medicaid CO enrollment in Medallion.
3. Create user ID.  Example:  jenniferwilson1
4. Create Password.  Example:  Overcomers1!
   1. Be sure to remember the username and password, as you'll need to enter them in Medallion.
5. Add Display name
6. Add phone number.  Use office number:  7193452424
7. Add the provider's credentialing email:  c-{firstname}-{lastname}@overcomewithus.com.  (e.g. c-jennifer-wilson@overcomewithus.com).  Any email that contains "c-...@overcomewithus.com" will be forwarded to the Credentialing email.
8. Challenge Questions:
   1. Favorite Sports Team = Chiefs
   2. City born = Colorado Springs
   3. Favorite Pet = Tripp
      

1. Sign and submit registration, and wait for the registration email that will go to the Credentialing email.
   

1. Click the link in the Registration email to confirm and you'll receive a Confirmation email.
   

1. Add the login credentials to our EHR as an External Account.
