Pay Dates
- Qtr 1, January 1 – March 31: Pay date = April 16
- Qtr 2, April 1 – June 30: Pay date = July 16
- Qtr 3, July 1 – September 30: Pay date = October 16
- Qtr 4, October 1 – December 31: Pay date = January 16
Bonus %
- Revenue $0 - $9,999 = 0%
- Revenue $10,000 - $19,999 = 1%
- Revenue $20,000 - $29,999 = 2%
- Revenue $30,000 + = 3%
- Example: If your TN Revenue between 1/1 - 3/31 = $22,889.62, on 4/16 you’ll receive a $457.79 bonus ($22,889.62 x 0.02 = $457.79).
- You must be an active employee (W2) on the payout date to receive this bonus.
