Overcomers is proud to offer a quarterly bonus for our employed counselors. Eligible team members can earn up to 3% of quarterly revenue based on revenue.

Eligibility

  • Part-time or full-time W2 counselors
  • Must be an active W2 employee on the scheduled payout date to receive the bonus

Bonus Calculation

Bonuses are based on total TN Revenue earned during the calendar quarter:

  • $0 – $9,999 = 0%
  • $10,000 – $19,999 = 1%
  • $20,000 – $29,999 = 2%
  • $30,000+ = 3%

Quarterly Periods & Pay Dates

  • Q1: January 1 – March 31
    • Paid April 16
  • Q2: April 1 – June 30
    • Paid July 16
  • Q3: July 1 – September 30
    • Paid October 16
  • Q4: October 1 – December 31
    • Paid January 16

Example

If your TN Revenue from January 1 – March 31 is $22,889.62, you qualify for a 2% bonus.

Calculation:
$22,889.62 × 0.02 = $457.79

This bonus would be paid on April 16.
