Wifi Troubleshooting Tips

Our office Wifi should be able to accommodate 5+ computers doing telehealth.  However, the first step in troubleshooting speed and/or connection issues is:

  1. Restart the Firewall.  The firewall looks like this.  Unplug for at least 30 seconds and then plug back in.  
  1. Restart the modem.  The modem is typically a black box provided by Comcast or our internet service provider.  Unplug for at least 30 seconds and then plug back in.
  2. If speed or connection issues persist, please contact Garrett.
