We are pleased to provide our employees with comprehensive health benefits. Below, you’ll find detailed information on eligibility, available plans, and enrollment procedures.

Eligibility

  • Full Time employees

Overcomers' Offer

Overcomers will cover 50% of the employee’s premium.  The employee is responsible for 100% of the premium cost of their spouse/dependents.  This insurance is deducted pre-tax.

Enrolling in Benefits

Counselors transitioning from part-time to full-time will need to complete this form to begin the enrollment process:  W2 Counselor Part-Time to Full-Time Transition. Support Team and other employee types, please reach out to HR at hr@overcomewithus.com to ask about enrolling.

Open Enrollment

Open enrollment usually takes place in November each year.  However, many Qualifying Life Events (QLE) can make an employee eligible to enroll in benefits at any time.  For example, transiting from part-time to full-time is a QLE.  

Managing Benefits

Benefits are managed through Paylocity-Bswift.  Once eligible, you can manage your benefits, such as adding or removing dependents, waiving or enrolling in coverages, all within Bswift.  Learn more:  Bswift.

Employment Termination

An employee's coverage will cease effective immediately on their last day of employment, whether due to resignation or termination.

COBRA

Overcomers does not provide COBRA for terminated employees; however, when an employee is terminated, the carrier sends them a packet to offer COBRA.
