W2 employees/clinicians are covered under Overcomers' malpractice insurance. However, each clinician should get their own malpractice insurance as an added level of protection. 1099 clinicians must carry their own liability insurance (1099 Contractor Requirements) and name Overcomers Counseling as an additional insured.
Overcomers uses CPH Insurance for their malpractice/liability insurance company.
