Mailbox Page & Workflows

The Mailbox contains incoming Faxes and Mail (snail mail) items.

Pending Mailbox Items

  • Navigate to EHR -> Inbox -> Mailbox
  • Any mail item assigned to you will appear in the Pending tab
  • You can view all mail items in the Incoming (All) tab (Support Team only)

Preview Mail

  • Click any mail item to view its contents

Review, Complete or Assign

  • Click the mail item to:
    • Review contents
    • Edit details like Title, Assignee, Related Client, Related Clinician\
  • Action Items: Complete, Comment, Download, View
    • Change the assigee if the mailbox item should be handled by another.

Comments

  • Click the mailbox item then click the Comments tab to add notes, activities and comments about the mailbox item.

Client Storage

  • Once assigned, the mail is saved to the client’s profile:
    • Go to Client Profile > Comms > Mail to view all assigned mail

Complete Processing & Handling

  • After all updates and assignments are finished and the contents of the mail are completed, click Completed
