LPC “500 Other Hours”
LPC Licensure Requirements - 1500 Face-to-Face Hours and 500 Other Hours
(Overcomers Counseling Clinical Supervisors agree to sign off on the following hours:)
What can count toward the “500 Other Hours?”
- Case Consultation
- OC Staff Consultation - 1 hour for each staff consult attended
- Attendance will be taken by the facilitator (Jennifer Luttman)
- If you want to count these hours, you need to contact your supervisor and Jennifer Luttman stating the hours you have attended OC Staff consultation, and Jennifer Luttman will confirm your attendance
- Note Writing
- Intake Notes - 60 minutes
- Treatment Plans - 30 minutes
- Progress Notes - 15 minutes
- Termination Notes - 15 minutes
- Case Management
- Consultation with outside providers
- Consultation Notes - 15 minutes
- These must be documented in TN to be counted
