Issues and Errors Reporting

Found a bug, error, or workflow hiccup in the EHR? Here’s how to report it and stay in the loop:

View Existing Issues

  1. Go to Help > Issues.
  2. Browse issues by status: Received, In Progress, and Resolved.
Overview

Submit a New Issue

  1. Click Submit Issue.
  2. Enter the details and submit.

Follow or Confirm an Issue

  1. Open an issue from the list.
  2. Click Me Too if you’re experiencing the same problem.
  3. You’ll be notified when the issue is resolved.
