How to set up Group Supervision

If you’d like to conduct a group supervision session with your supervisees, please follow the screenshot below to schedule an appointment in TN.

Steps to create a Group Supervision session

  1. The appointment type should be:  Group Therapy
  2. Add all your supervisees.
  3. The service code should be SUPERVISION.
  4. The time frame should be adjusted to 120 minutes, as most group supervision sessions are 2 hours.

Supervisors, please send each of your supervisees (via the Client Portal) the ‘Group Clinical Supervision Agreement,’ which is located in the TN Library.

NOTE: After a group supervision session, TN will require you to create a treatment plan in which you can type N/A in all the fields.  After you create a treatment plan, you can write a Group consultation note for each supervisee.
