End of Year Bonus

As a valued Counselor of Overcomers, you are eligible for a 1% or 2% End-of-Year (Christmas) Bonus. This bonus is calculated after the 12/16 pay date, and then another bonus deposit is issued, usually a few days after.  The individual must be employed and not in the process of termination at the time the bonus is given.

  • Part time or Full time W2 counselors

The Bonus Calculation

You can efficiently run your own calculation by looking at your gross REG (regular) line item YTD on your Paylocity paystub, then multiplying it by 0.01 or 0.02.  The REG line item closely matches your TN revenue, which was previously (2024 and prior) used to calculate this bonus.  

  • 1% if you completed fewer than 1,000 intakes/session from 1/1 through the day the bonus is calculated (usually after 12/15).
  • 2% if you completed 1,000 or more intakes/sessions from 1/1 through the day the bonus is calculated (usually after 12/15).
