Clinical Supervision Sessions

All supervision appointments will be scheduled within TherapyNotes.  The supervisee will be set up the same way a client is.  The supervisee will pay for their supervision session ($40) just as a client would pay - in the client portal.  Of course, their fees will be waived if they take advantage of the free supervision options.  If they are pursuing the 100+ session month, they can wait to pay, or not pay, their supervision session until the end of the month.  

Join Supervision Sessions in the Client Portal

1. Click the link in the Welcome Email to create a Client Portal account.  The link is sent to your Overcomers’ email.  
2. Create a password for future logins.
   1. If the link in the email has expired, send a chat to your supervisor to resend the Welcome Email.
3. Manage all your supervision sessions (create new, cancel, reschedule) in the Client Portal.
4. Pay your supervision session costs (i.e, $40) in the Client Portal.
