The Client Page displays all non-archived clients in the practice or those assigned to a specific clinician. Think of it as your central dashboard—everything you need, all in one place.
Client Stages
Clients are organized by stage to quickly show where they are in their journey:
- Prospect
Client has reached out but has not been vetted.
No clinical relationship has been established, and service needs are not yet defined. - Waitlisted
Service details have been collected, but no appointments are scheduled.
Clinicians can begin outreach to get these clients booked. - Active
Client currently has at least one active service.
This is your “in progress” group. - Terminated
Client previously received services but is not currently in care. - Archived / Non-Fit
Client is not a match for the practice (e.g., insurance not accepted, outside service area, etc.). - Blacklisted
The "Restricted Access" Phase. This stage is reserved for individuals who are strictly prohibited from receiving services or further communication. This is typically due to significant policy violations, aggressive behavior, safety concerns, or unresolved legal/financial disputes. This status serves as a high-level internal alert to prevent future scheduling and ensures the contact is excluded from all marketing and outreach to protect the practice and its staff.
How to Use the Client Page
- Locate a client from the list.
- Click on the client.
- Access their full profile, including:
- Records
- Services
- Schedule
- To-dos
- Additional details
