FAQs from clients … and how to respond

I need to change/update my insurance; how do I do that?

  1. To update your insurance, go to the Client Portal, click on Documents, and complete the Client Insurance Form.  The Billing team will then review and verify your information and notify you via TN Messages with your estimated cost/copay.

How do I pay my copay/fees?

  1. In the Client Portal, click on Billing.  You can make partial payments or pay the entire balance.

How do I view my credit card transactions?

  1. Click Billing >> Recepts in the Client Portal to view all your credit card transactions.

I have questions about my balance. Can you help me?
