When an appointment request comes via the client portal, the assigned clinician will receive an email from TN. Any existing or ex-client can use the client portal to request, cancel or reschedule appointments. The clinician can also find these requests at the bottom of the scheduling page.
It’s up to the clinician, to handle these requests. The clinician can approve/deny these requests. If the clinician denys the request, a message will need to be sent to the client. If the request is approved, TN will send the client an email.
On the calendar view, the “hashed” appointments are coming via the Client Portal.
