Annual Review and Pay Raise

At Overcomers, we place a high priority on the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.  To demonstrate our commitment to their hard work and dedication, we conduct an annual review for all employees. Following this review, we offer a salary increase as a tangible recognition of their contributions to our success and growth. This is part of our ongoing effort to ensure our team feels valued and motivated.

When does the Annual Review take place?

The annual review will take place approximately 1 year after the LAST pay raise date or on your Work Anniversary date.   The employee will receive an email from Paylocity to complete the Annual Review form.  Pay raises usually affect the ‘next’ paycheck following the completion of the Annual Review form.

To view your anniversary date, go to Paylocity >> Self-Service Portal and click on View Employee Record.

W2 Counselor Annual Pay Raise

The raise typically ranges from 1% to 3%, influenced by various performance factors.  Counselors, please see the document to view our PIP procedures and outcomes.  

An example of a 3% raise:  

  • Hourly:  $52.50 x 1.03 (3%) = $54.07
  • Yearly:  $42,000 (~800 sessions a year) x 1.03 (3%) = $43,260.

The raise typically ranges from 1% to 3%, influenced by various performance factors.
