100+ Clinical Hours Bonus

W2 Counselors are eligible for a $200 bonus by working 100+ clinical hours in a month.

View Hours Worked

To view your hours, log in to Paylocity, view your recent checks, and select both for the given month.  The Regular Hours (aka. Client Session Hours) worked is the number to use in your calculation.  If you select both checks, the hours and totals are automatically combined for you.  The bonus will be issued on the mid-month paycheck of the following month.

For example, this counselor worked 117.80 hours in February; therefore, the counselor will receive $200 on the mid-March paycheck.  This is only an example; the new policy will start on 4/1/25 going forward.  

Supervisors can now add their Regular hours, Clinical Supervision hours and Billing Supervision hours to their total to determine eligibility for this bonus.

Pay Date of Bonus

Starting October 1st, the bonus payment will be included in the paycheck issued on the 1st of each month, instead of the mid-month paycheck. For example, on October 1st, we will calculate the hours from the September 1st and September 15th pay periods. Bonuses will be awarded to those who have completed 100+ clinical hours during that time.
