Payer rates represent the agreed reimbursement amounts that each payer pays Overcomers for specific service codes. These rates directly influence both the client’s financial responsibility and the portion billed to and collected from insurance.
Only Admin or Dusty are authorized to modify payer rates. The full payer rate table is restricted and visible only to users with Admin and Support Team roles.
