Mail Page & Workflow
Access Incoming Mail
- Navigate to EHR > Mail
- All new mail appears in the left table
Preview Mail
- Click any mail item to view its contents
Keep & Store Mail
- If the mail should be retained (most should), click Keep
- This moves the item to the right table
- The system will automatically assign it to Dusty
Review & Assign
- Click the mail in the right table to:
- Review contents
- Edit details (if needed)
- Add comments
- Assign to the appropriate client
Client Storage
- Once assigned, the mail is saved to the client’s profile:
- Go to Client Profile > Comms > Mail to view all assigned mail
Complete Processing & Handling
- After all updates and assignments are finished and the contents of the mail are completed, click Completed
