Mail Page & Workflow

Access Incoming Mail

  • Navigate to EHR > Mail
  • All new mail appears in the left table

Preview Mail

  • Click any mail item to view its contents

Keep & Store Mail

  • If the mail should be retained (most should), click Keep
  • This moves the item to the right table
  • The system will automatically assign it to Dusty

Review & Assign

  • Click the mail in the right table to:
    • Review contents
    • Edit details (if needed)
    • Add comments
    • Assign to the appropriate client

Client Storage

  • Once assigned, the mail is saved to the client’s profile:
    • Go to Client Profile > Comms > Mail to view all assigned mail

Complete Processing & Handling

  • After all updates and assignments are finished and the contents of the mail are completed, click Completed
