Follow the procedures outlined when a referral is received from any of the sources.
Medical Organization Referrals
Medical offices and organizations may fax information about patients seeking therapy services. Follow the steps below to proceed.
- Reply to the organization (if referral came in via email), thanking them and letting them know you'll reach out to the patient. If the referral came in via fax, skip this step.
- Shortcut: #ReferralAcknowledgement
- Create a new customer in Kustomer if the referral client doesn't exist.
- Move the Conversation to the new customer. Click the Conversation Options (vertical ellipse) and select Move Conversation.
- Reply to that conversation (SMS or Email).
- SMS Shortcut: #ReferralOutreach (use CTM, for now, for SMS outreach)
- Email (if known) Shortcut: #ReferralOutreach
- The subject line will change automatically.

Thriving Campus Referrals
Thriving Campus is another referral source. Log in below to obtain the referral.

Care Solace Referals
Do not reply to the Care Solace tickets; instead, click the "Let Us Know" button in the email and follow the prompts to accept the referral if we currently have availability.
