New staff members are automatically assigned a series of help articles, similar to how articles are assigned to any staff member.

During onboarding, these articles appear as a dedicated list of to-dos on the staff member’s Dashboard (Home) page.

You can monitor their completion status directly from the Staff Profile.

No additional reminders are required at this time.
